| Description | Hi. I'm in the UK. So I use Amazon Prime UK version. Also Brtitbox channel via Prime Video Channels. As you know old TV series are not in HD. So the resolution options I get in Streamfab for old TV stuff is a maximum of 720x576, which is the same as PAL DVD's and standard definition TV in the UK. 720x576 is my preferred resolution for old TV series, but I've noticed whenever 768x576 resolution is also offered in the Streamfab analysis I cannot get my wanted 720x576. Even if I choose 720x576 my actual downloaded file ends up being the unwanted 768x576 resolution (which by the way is also a smaller file size, so it's not better!). Can Streamfab please fix this? | ||||
| Steps To Reproduce | An example TV series is on Amazon Prime UK. TV show called 'Men Behaving Badly' Example episode from Season 1, episode 1. After streamfab analysis you get various resolutions to choose from including 720x576 (392.79 MB) and 768x576 (360.91 MB) and multiple smaller resolutions. I always choose the best one which is 720x576, but I end up with a downloaded file of 768x576. So something is faulty. I have attached a MediaInfo text file from a different episode of the above mentioned tv series Season 04, Episode 01 As you can see it is 768x576 resolution even though I chose 720x576 resolution. | ||||
