Summary0000016: Peacock, logging in, and remaining logged in
DescriptionPeacock does not remain logged in while downloading, or while tab is closed. This prevents individuals from fully downloading their queue (occasionally), from utilizing the 'scheduling' function on Peacock, and causes individuals to frequently have to log back in, or sort peacock downloads.
Steps To ReproduceFor queues:
  • Load other modules and add their items to queue
  • Load Peacock
  • Add items to queue (I've found 50+ works, but it depends)
  • Start Queue
  • Watch Peacock Fail

For scheduling
  • Load Peacock
  • Add items to scheduler
  • Check scheduler
Additional InformationTo prevent the download queue from failing, one can move the Peacock queue to the top of the list. However, even this isn't guaranteed as the length of the queue may cause the login session to 'timeout'

Created separate issue from other Peacock issue, as this one describes a bit more in detail as to what happens, and adds more depth to the issue. It's not simply just a login issue, there is something not set properly in the session on SF's end

I have modified the version to 5.0.3.7 as this is the earliest i could find on the forum where someone was complaining about this bug.

The older the version it was reported on, the more shame we can rain upon them and it might make them finally fix it
